As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing management and execution for TeleTech locations in Spain and Latin America, and for establishing a sourcing plan based on top suppliers and top spend categories. Your job will consist of:
- Research, analyze, and make decisions regarding sourcing and procurement processes, policies, and strategies.
- Effectively negotiating prices, terms, and other areas that can deliver the greatest value.
- Lead and/or generate Request for Proposal materials, and communicate to vendors on a usual basis.
- Process requisition and purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Articulate TeleTech procurement policies and standards. Enforce compliance.
- Effectively communicate sourcing decisions to management and employees. Actively enroll their support.

You will be our ideal candidate if you have…
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading negotiations and contracting for goods and services in Latin America.
- Sourcing experience with Facilities, Human Resources and Marketing spend categories.
- Knowledge of local customs and contracting practices in Latin America and Spain.
- Strong spoken and written English language skills.
